The Constructor product completely streamlines the entire business workflow for builders, providing Estimating tools that allow extremely accurate estimates to be built, quickly,  using your choice of estimating methods from an "autobuild" wizard, to graphical take-offs and estimating modelling using your own predefined formulas and components - to build your Bill of Quantities.

This Bill of Quantities immediately becomes the driver for the specification for your customer and purchase orders for your suppliers. Once the orders are generated, they are used as the basis for entering the supplier invoices, which in turn, drive processing of payments.

Once the Bill of Quantities is complete a detailed budget exists for your project.

Invoices to your customers (claims) can also be automated based on pre-defined claim stages for your various project / construction types. These claims are just as easy to receipt when the customer pays you.

This workflow continues on into Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger accounting - all the while, updating actual figures and variances on that detailed project budget. You can see at a glance cost centres that are over budget, or indeed likely to run over budget based on current information.

A payroll module is also fully integrated providing you with the same up to the minute cost control over all projects.
